In Australia, Parkinson’s Diseases (PD) affects one in every 350 people. It’s a progressive degenerative disorder that affects the control of body movements. While no two people will be affected in the same way, some of the main symptoms include tremor, rigidity of the muscles, and slowness of movement. As it is a progressive disease, these symptoms usually develop slowly over many years and may gradually increase in severity.
